Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
• You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal.
• You must be friendly, persuasive, patient, cool-tempered, able to understand the customer s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Works to grow a company's profits by attracting new customers and by increasing the spend of existing customers.
• Leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Identify client needs and suggests appropriate products/services.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven work experience as a Business Developer, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
