Roles & Responsibilities
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the brand.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning for maximum impact.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention to foster long-term collaborations.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation.
- Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in business development and marketing within the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving marketing objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaborations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms is essential.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis, ensuring responsible resource allocation.
- Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly preferred.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic languages is a plus, enhancing global outreach.
