Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in Corporate Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic sales plans to meet the company s revenue targets. You will also work closely with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of services. Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to corporate decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize on lead generation activities.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to network and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and prepare contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare reports on sales activity, market intelligence, and sales forecasts.
  • Work with client services to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sales orientation.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
