Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and build a pipeline of target businesses in Dubai currently underperforming on social media or lead generation.

  2. Consultative Pitching: Conduct structured mini "brand audits" on prospects to highlight their marketing gaps before you jump on a pitch.

  3. Multi-Channel Outreach: Drive end-to-end sales pipelines using modern outreach strategies (LinkedIn prospecting, tailored WhatsApp audio pitches, personalized video loom pitches, and physical drop-ins/networking).

  4. Deal Closing: Guide prospects seamlessly from cold outreach to face-to-face meetings, customized strategy proposals, and contract sign-offs.

  5. Team Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with our creative production team to ensure client expectations align perfectly with our delivery capability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Dubai Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid B2B sales or business development experience explicitly within the UAE market (Digital Agency, Media House, or SaaS background is highly preferred).

  2. Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of the modern social media ecosystem. You must intuitively understand why a high-production Reel or a specific ad funnel drives business revenue.

  3. The Hunter Mentality: You don't wait around for inbound leads. You genuine love the thrill of the chase, analyzing brands, and opening doors.

  4. Superb Communication: Elite verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to confidently pitch to C-level executives, restaurant owners, and marketing directors.

  5. Local Market Knowledge: A pre-existing network or deep familiarity with Dubai’s commercial hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle scenes is a massive advantage.
