Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive with a strong background in internal sales. (Telesales) The ideal candidate will combine commercial awareness with excellent communication skills to identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. This position is central to driving company growth — managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the wider sales strategy.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound communication channels.

  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM and lead management tools.

  • Engage with decision-makers, present service offerings confidently, and tailor solutions to client needs.

  • Support the full sales cycle: initial contact, needs analysis, proposal preparation, and deal closure. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline status and conversion rates. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to help shape growth strategies.

  • Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring that all interactions build trust and confidence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal sales, business development, or account management. Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a service-based or B2B environment. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to close business confidently.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Competent in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.

  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven with a strategic mindset.

  • Professional written and spoken English (Arabic or additional languages an advantage).
