Job Description

As a Business Development Executive with a focus on ERP or SaaS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic development and client acquisition. Your expertise and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Software as a Service (SaaS) will be critical in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement growth strategies, improve the client experience, and contribute to product development based on customer feedback. Your goal will be to expand our reach, improve sales and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ERP or SaaS markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on strategies.
  • Create and deliver presentations tailored to the client s needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to enhance offerings.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
  • Track performance metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on business development activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote brand.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development for ERP or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/SaaS solutions and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
