Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and close B2B clients (schools, hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, retail brands etc).
Promote company’s uniform products and provide tailored solutions to client requirements.
Meet customers, understand their needs, and prepare quotations.
Manage the entire order cycle from inquiry to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets through new client acquisition and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preference for candidates with uniform, textile, garments, or workwear industry background). Strong knowledge of the UAE market, especially Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals in a competitive market. Ability to manage corporate clients across sectors such as hospitality, cleaning, security, logistics, construction, and facility management. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with sales targets, outdoor sales, and field visits. Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, measurements, and custom uniform requirements is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to build long-term relationships and maintain key accounts. Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
