Roles & Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar across target industries and sectors. Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, market research, and business development activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to secure new business contracts. Understand client manpower and recruitment requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements in coordination with internal teams. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Prepare periodic sales reports and business forecasts for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 25 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in Qatar. Experience in manpower recruitment, staffing, HR services, outsourcing, or related industries is preferred. Strong understanding of the Qatar market and local business environment. Existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers in Qatar will be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools. Must be currently residing in Qatar. Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
