Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales / Speciality Chemicals across GCC and African markets.
Identify and on board new customers, distributors and traders in specific industries like, Home Care, Personal Care, Pharma, Agro, Oil Field etc...
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Generate leads, negotiate prices, finalize contracts and close deals independently.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing dynamics in the Chemical industry.
Coordinate with principals/manufacturers on product availability, specifications and commercial terms.
Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and customer feedback.
Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions and customer visits as required.
Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Speciality Chemical sales in GCC and African markets.
Strong existing customer network.
Proven track record in B2B Chemical Sales.
Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
UAE driving License
Familiar with import/export trade regulations.
