Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead proposals, commercial offers, and tender submissions
- Conduct market research and support strategic planning
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of BD experience (service industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in closing deals and achieving targets
- Ability to develop strategies and lead BD initiatives
