About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global team and support us in expanding retail users in key markets. You will work alongside teams distributed across multiple time zones, managing 2C, 2B, and broker relationships, while collaborating with Product and Ecosystem to ensure that user needs are reflected in the evolution of the platform.

What you'll be working on:

* Drive retail user growth through partnerships with KOLs, affiliate networks, trading communities, influencers, and regional partners.
* Design and scale collaboration models such as rebate programs, affiliate incentives, copy trading, strategy hosting, and API trader activation.
* Identify high-potential retail markets and manage the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner management.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support local campaigns, community initiatives, promotions, and launches aimed at the retail segment.
* Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor actions to improve acquisition strategies and optimize conversion funnels.
* Develop and maintain playbooks to standardize and scale retail growth across different regions.

About you:

* Proven experience in Business Development within a crypto exchange, trading platform, broker, wallet, or Web3 project, ideally with a retail focus.
* Strong understanding of retail user behavior, their trading journey, and the factors that drive activation, retention, and volume.
* Hands-on experience managing the full partnership cycle from scratch.
* Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem: KOLs, affiliates, communities, API traders, influencers, etc.
* Fluent English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
* Crypto-native mindset with affinity for market trends and narratives.
