Job role will involve below mentioned key responsibilities
Product and portfolio management which includes existing
business management new product rollouts and revenue management
Managing key dealer and manufacturer relationships especially
in the Abu Dhabi region
Dealers to include Ali Sons Abu Dhabi Motors Emirates Motor
Company Al Tayer Motors among others
Increase new business penetration and through puts across key
Develop and manage promotions and campaigns internally
Product performance and portfolio tracking
Deliver the agreed top line and bottom line for the product
Support multiple sales channels including Direct Sales Branch
Manage and execute new value propositions promotions and
tactical offers across all channels
Given the central role of the business interface and support
multifunctional stake holders
Marketing interface on dissemination of new schemes and
Job Requirements:
Manage dealer relationship and drive finance program
penetration New dealers include Abu Dhabi dealers where our presence is minimal
Support strategic tie-ups and key dealership with new
programs new product ideas and support their business requirements Support
direct sales team in achieving sales volumes for the product through new
promotions and constant training
Explore new products like Auto cash loan Lead the digital
platform with creating new sales channels like online, mobile etc.
The preowned vehicle segment in AUHAA needs focus, We plan to
increase volumes in this segment through new dealer tie-ups and targeted
Drive sales and optimize margins through pricing management
and new products within the assigned dealers & segments Grow top line with
focus on increasing dealer penetrations at key dealerships. Manage fee-lines
and other income through competition benchmarking and innovation
Auto Loans business has different sub products like used cars
fleet business vehicles used cars and refinance business the right mix to be
driven and maintained for revenue optimization and loss control. Work with
collections and recovery team to maintain annual NCL budgets
Ensure support to assigned dealers and manufacturers with
periodic reports on the business performance. The reports to be generated in
coordination with internal stakeholders like finance, IT, CLM and others.
Ensure monthly promotions and dealer engagement activities
are executed on time
Manage internal and external customer expectations Ensure
best in class service for customers and dealer partners. Train front-end and
backend to ensure service levels are met

Bachelor degree in finance accounting or economics
Postgraduate in management or marketing
