Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Manage existing account with a focus on expanding Cyberani s footprint within current customers.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within managed accounts.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with government and enterprise stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on delivery and support activities.
- Serve as the customer s advocate internally and work with delivery teams to address issues proactively.
- Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Products Team, and Bid teams to ensure smooth execution of account and deal strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for regional campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Support vendor alignment for pricing and bundled offerings.
- Support renewals and extensions for existing cybersecurity contracts.
- Represent Cyberani at local events, expos, and government workshops.
- Participate in partner/vendor webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide internal feedback on customer needs to improve solution packaging.
- by following up on delivery and support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or commercial operations, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, managed SOC, and system integration.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset for producing insights and reports.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and bid analytics tools.
