We re looking for a strong caliber to be responsible for developing a successful advertising proposition for OLX EG . This includes owning the product road-map ensuring a best in class product, whilst delivering consistently on revenue targets. Managing Digital re-seller as well as sales team, whilst sourcing re-sellers and clients direct to help build our advertising footprint and uptake of the OLX advertising products.
We re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.
What you will be doing?
• Advertising product roadmap owner for OLX EG in coordination with the advertising regional team based in Dubai. Liaising with the various product and develop teams ensuring our advertising offering is correctly scoped out and executed, offering a market leading proposition in line with our revenue ambitions.
• Responsible for EG display revenue targets excluding remnant/Adx inventory. This includes direct sales resource on the ground in local markets and actively sourcing/managing resellers in EG market when needed.
• Accountable for all compliance, contract management, revenue reporting, pipeline management, marketing collateral, sales training for OLX EG sales teams ensuring the department is set up for success.
• Work closely with the direct sales teams in the UAE, identifying revenue opportunities which can be replicated in the Egyptian market,
• Utilize internal CRM tools to drive revenue growth, building a pipeline of new clients whilst developing a strong portfolio of regular clients through retention.
• Be a knowledge expert on the global classifieds industry and all things advertising related, specifically around programmatic, video, mobile within the MEA region. Generating industry insights for both external and internal learnings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who we're looking for:
• 4-6 years in digital ad sales experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in display market in EG. while has management experience
• Local network of connections within the EG advertising industry very beneficial
• Deep understanding on the digital advertising landscape, include mobile/app, native & Video
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization and / or at external speaker events
• Working knowledge of DFP, AdX, and/or other SSP/DSP systems
• Data Driven and has expert analytical skills
