As BDM ‘ will be responsible for developing business by identifying potential clients, driving profitable growth in these accounts by developing strategic relationships with the customers. Responsible for business development in IT Solutions and Services across multiple functions such as IT Infrastructure Projects & Services, Managed IT Services, BCP, DR, Business Solutions (ERP/CRM), Mobile Applications, Information Security Solutions & Services, Professional Consultancy Services.

• Responsible for new business development through direct sales and customer relationship management.
• Showcase solutions/ services as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets
• Showcase solutions/ services and promote company brand through Social Networking channels, enhance the digital presence.
• Meet the predefined targets and radiate a positive attitude across the sales and delivery team.
• Drive to profitable growth in these accounts by developing strategic relationships with the customers.
• Conduct regular engagement reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in all engagements from conception throughout the delivery process.
Skills

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in new business development and generating revenue from new accounts in Middle East countries.
• Good verbal and spoken command on English language and Arabic
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Having worked selling solutions to Healthcare or Public Sector industries is a big plus
• Driving License is +
• Account management & Customer Management

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Should have successfully driven sales, marketing and business development of a start-up organization, new products or services.
• Degree from a recognized university in Computer science/Commerce/Business Administration.

Mandatory Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Ability to work under pressure and reach the Targets
• Experience in Sales & Marketing of Large Business Management solutions
• Good communication and presentation skills.
