Engineering graduates from Electrical / Mechanical background with a minimum15 years of experience in Business Development.

• Identify the prospects for EPC Sales and Integrated Project Sales.
• Lead, develop, motivate and co-ordinate sales engineers.
• Assist Management in the successful change management implementation
• Lead Bid Management team & Co-ordinate with legal, Finance and Commercial teams to conduct Project Bid Risk Analysis
• Obtain new projects advance information to know legislation changes as part of regular Business planning.
• Drive Business development for company products / services / solutions, adopt appropriate winning sales and marketing strategies to achieve Sales & G.P target of the Department.
• Service existing accounts, prepare proposals, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
• Assist in Product prequalification and Service Prequalification with customers.
• Keep Sr. Management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
• Recommend changes to existing, or new, products, services and vendors.
• Prepare and provide technical and sales presentations to clientele engineering, construction and procurement departments.
• Product Management responsibility for the assigned products, achieve Customer satisfaction, relationship management and team building.

Candidates should have good communication skills, presentation skills, Negotiation skills and strong knowledge in MS office. Work experience in Oil & Gas, Power & water, mechanical Industries.
