General Purpose
The role of the Business Development Manager will be to identify, develop and evaluate sales strategy based on the knowledge of the establishment objectives, market characteristics, costs and markup factors.The role is focused purely on new business and is suited for people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.
Key duties and responsibilities

Develop new business relationships in existing and new markets
Present Trust Capital to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
Coordinate with marketing department on administration of marketing campaigns. 
Carefully monitor online communications response data and other performance and marketing metrics
Responsible for your lead generation. Be able to leverage a digital campaign and education to generate leads.
Be prepared to travel to develop new markets.  Possess drive and motivation to ensure that all sales opportunities are captures and explored.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows working with developers, advertisers and sales executives to market products and services

Education and Experience

University Degree within the business field
Basic knowledge of the financial markets

Banking / Financial Services / Broking

Sales / Business Development

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong consumer and product awareness of the financial sector
Strong negotiations and sales skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong IT skills
Flexibility with working hours and the ability to travel if required.
