We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in Qatar and take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably MBA.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role at least for 1-2 years in Qatar.
• Proven sales track record
• Market knowledge
• Ability to build rapport
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Proficiency in English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Lebanese nationality preferred.
• Age 30-40.
