Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle ERP Sales and Managed IT Services, including cloud, Application and IT infrastructure.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure to handover to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across key enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design and present customized service offerings aligned to client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of IT services.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, technology conferences, and networking forums.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 815 years of experience in B2B IT sales / Managed Services / Technology Solutions.
  • Proven track record in selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, or Infrastructure Support Services.
  • Strong network in the UAE / GCC enterprise market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, SLAs, service delivery models, and commercials.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
