Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle ERP Sales and Managed IT Services, including cloud, Application and IT infrastructure.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure to handover to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across key enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design and present customized service offerings aligned to client needs.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of IT services.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting to management.
- Represent the organization in industry events, technology conferences, and networking forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 815 years of experience in B2B IT sales / Managed Services / Technology Solutions.
- Proven track record in selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, or Infrastructure Support Services.
- Strong network in the UAE / GCC enterprise market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, SLAs, service delivery models, and commercials.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
