The Role:
A competitive insurance person to par take in business development activities. To develop, agree and manage individual account plans and sales pipelines and/or identify, qualify and close new business opportunities. The goal is to steadily forge long-term relationships to secure the company s revenues and growth.
Major Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
• Planning and implementing strategies for sales and business development.
• Maintaining efficient client servicing to retain and grow the existing business.
• Building, maintaining and leading the sales team.
• Successfully converting the given business leads to add up to the existing business portfolio.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing or Business Management.
• The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years UAE experience in general insurance.
• Candidate must have an existing decent business portfolio in general and other classes of insurance.
• Candidate must have managerial qualities and should be capable of handling a team.
• Candidate with insurance qualification will be given preference
