Job Description:

Develops new business relationships, generates and negotiates new business opportunities for LEVENBERT to a mutually agreed annual target
Represents LEVENBERT to potential clients through direct communications
Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
Actively and successfully manages the business proposition process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; and handover to the account management team
Possesses drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored
Manages and maintains a pipeline and ensures all related work is done
Creates and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation following LEVENBERT procedures
Determines new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Carries out any other activities as required by the management

Desired Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 3 5 years of experience of Business Development in Management Consulting and/or Learning and Development field. Adequate knowledge of subject-matter areas such as Strategy, Organizational Development, Finance, Quality, and HR Development will be a plus.
The candidate shall possess the following qualifications:

Fair knowledge and experience in Management Consulting and/or Learning and Development Industry
Hands-on Experience in Business Development
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to communicate to c-level clients.
Fluently speak, read, and write both Arabic and English.
