Roles & Responsibilities

Work Experience : -

  • - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • - Minimum [7] years of experience in business development or sales, some of that within the construction industry and in the KSA market.
  • - Strong understanding of construction processes, and project management
  • - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Fluent speaking English language
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • - Proficiency in CRM software and ERP systems.
  • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.

  • - Prepare business plan/ continuity plan
  • - Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, architects, and contractors.
  • - Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.
