Servhub is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to help scale our Labor Camp Management SaaS platform. If you love meeting clients, closing deals, and driving real impact in the construction & facility management sector this role is for you!
What You ll Do:
Acquire and build relationships with top construction, manufacturing & facility management companies
Conduct on-site meetings & product demos
Drive sales pipeline, conversions & client onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless activation
Track market trends and share insights
What We re Looking For:
3 4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/FM/Construction Tech preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
Ability to explain tech solutions with clarity
Bonus Points:
Experience in PropTech/HRTech/SaaS startups
Knowledge of labor camps/staff accommodations
Existing network in construction/manufacturing
