Our client is now recruiting for a Business Development Manager Mortgage loans
Organisation Unit Purpose
The Mortgage loan Unit is the sales channels under Retail banking, catering to the home loan sales requirements of existing bank & new to bank customers in UAE. The unit s core responsibility is to increase the market share of home loan Business and function in line with the Group s overall business strategy.
This unit is responsible to bring new Developers / Real Estate Companies to the bank s approved list and capitalize on these relationships to increase overall home loan portfolio. The unit will also focus to service existing and new home loan clients at the same time to have more referrals on mortgage loans.
The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products such as accounts, Fixed Deposits, Banc assurance, etc. to increase the profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for Retail Bank.
Job Purpose
Achieve assigned self sourcing targets thru business development activities.
Increase sales acquisition of Home loans in retail banking, focus on branches, PB, PSB, PRB and other channels.
Work closely with Priority and Personal banking RM s PB directors to ensure their customers are attended promptly & provide adequate professional investment advice.
Provide professional and expert advice on products & services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business opportunities are realized.
To proactively contact customers in portfolio in order to capture higher share of wallet by cross-selling products and marketing new products and services.
Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
Develop contacts within the reality sector to enhance business referral thru real estate broker platforms and events.
Main Tasks
To Achieve Targets by Selling Home Loans to the Residents / Customers based in UAE
Selling Product to acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database.
Completion of all the required Product & System trainings in house thru L&D.
AML Training & Selling Skills E-Learning.
Cross Sell other Products to the Customers in order to increase the market share of the company
To provide Quality Service to the CM, to maintain Strong Customer Satisfaction, and live the Brand values of the Bank.
Responsible to provide his / her feedback to their line managers on frequent basis, which is shared with the management & product team in order to improve product features and offerings to align with the market and customer s requirement.
Proper Training is provided to the BDM at the time of the Induction, in order to deliver Quality to the Customers and to minimize RISK, inherited to the retail banking products by following the Policies & Processes in place as per the CB directives.
Key Results
Sales Targets : Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues. Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory / segment to enhance sales volumes / revenues.
Employee Development: Acquire Assessment / Certification Standards Improve Product Knowledge through Training Programs.
Cross selling: Cross sell non assigned products & services to contribute the revenues and market presence. Attending KIOSK set by the bank in different locations / companies/ malls.
Customer Service : Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence : Provide market intelligence to supervisors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans.
Compliances & Processes: BDM has to be Vigilant while sourcing any Home Loan or any Cross Sell Product and putting bank benefits always ahead of anything and use utmost care and alertness all time.
