Implementing the local product strategy for the professional print (PP) product group(s) through identifying new business opportunities, monitoring, analysing and communicating business performance.
Actively support the achievement of market share, sales and customer account objectives through targeted tactical activity and effective use of resources.
Also, to deal with Channel Partners.
Must have Professional Print background: With products within PSG (Professional Sales Group) specifically imagePress 10000; Image press 850; EFI.
Provide a proper model wise forecast based on the agreed budget & updated pipe-line for direct sales & customer name for the channel
Coach Account Managers by visiting their clients and taking them through how to promote PP and effectively help them close deals. Also ensure all the value added propositions are delivered post winning a deal.
Liaise with Account Managers, sales managers & marketing manager regarding the technical requirements of the customer s projects; integrate and be able to assist end-user with a solution approach.
Accountability for the unit and revenue budget performance of PP product group(s), actively supporting field sales forces and the Account Planning Processes.
Set priorities and determine courses of action for the Account Managers.
Use the Sales Pay Plan and the tactical and strategic accelerators to effectively incentivise the team.
Continuous review and optimisation of ranging plans to achieve on target performance.
Actively seek relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up to date with the industry.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development and Human Resources to ensure appropriate training of Professional Print.
Communication of product strategy, positioning, pricing etc. .to internal and external stakeholder
Support CE from a product marketing point of view, to facilitate and expand the business and stimulate sales and product promotion to generate sales growth.
Develop & maintain effective relationships with key Print Associations & Print Industry Press.

Business degree
English, Arabic (preferable)
MUST HAVE Strong understanding of Commercial Print, CRDs, high-end P4P industry and workflow.
Must have Professional Print background: With products within PSG (Professional Sales Group) specifically imagePress 10000; Image press 850; EFI.
In addition Coloradao, Arizona, Production Print and Large Format (LFP) knowledge would be a additonal advantage but can be learnt.

Significant experience and success in sales management in the Print Industry

Knowledge of the competitive environment and relevant product & solutions technology
