FUNCTION PURPOSE:
Owner of selected Strategic Accounts for National Oilwell Varco (NOV), and accountable for developing this account according to overall Business Development & Sales strategy
Develop and maintain client relationships on behalf of NOV
Key function for securing the necessary order intake for NOV through thorough mapping of the market and competition, and helping shape the tendering of NOV technologies
Be a strong contributor in the EMEA Business Development & Sales Team and as such help developing the team.
FUNCTION OBJECTIVES:
Develop a strategic account on behalf of NOV.
Participate in marketing events when applicable for the EMEA Business Development & Sales team
Accountable for accurate market intelligence related to products, clients and competition.
FUNCTION DIMENSION RESPONSIBILITIES:
HSEQ
To ensure that company HSEQ policies are met and applied towards client's activities
To take responsibility for own safety and NOV core values
Business
Financial:
Assist and actively take part in cost efficiency for the EMEA Business Development & Sales team activities.
Strategy:
Provide feedback and information from the market important for the NOV business
Develop the strategic account
Project Execution:
Participate in client relationship development through active engagement in relevant projects
Colleagues
Team player focus, help develop and maintain a strong team spirit in the EMEA Business Development & Sales Team
