Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Excellence Coach ensures that all management-approved operational SOPs and Process Manuals are correctly implemented and sustained at store level. The role focuses on training, coaching, and monitoring store teams to reinforce compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all ADCOOP branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store coaching to ensure correct application of management-approved operational procedures.
• Support Area/Store Managers in applying process manuals across all departments.
• Conduct structured store audits and track closure of identified gaps.
• Facilitate store-level training sessions and refreshers on revised manuals.
• Provide feedback to the Business Excellence Lead for manual refinement.
• Prepare and submit reports on compliance, training, and coaching outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Store compliance rate with management-approved operational procedures.
• Number of coaching/training sessions delivered monthly.
• Percentage of audit findings resolved within target timelines.
• Improvement in store audit scores and feedback from Area Managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, training, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer service standards.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
