The position is responsible to conduct market analyses, analysing both product & Service lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits,
Ensure the CEO is prepared for internal and external meetings and presentations
Program management of all our regular “Rhythm of the Business” (RoB) meetings (Monthly business reviews, Quarterly business reviews, all-hands, and Leadership Team meetings) including managing agendas and driving follow-up actions
Monitoring and strengthening our business policies and auditing, and improving our capacity for operating our business effectively
Offsite and internal team event planning
Develop and leverage business insights to improve and drive progress against operational sales initiatives and programs. Lead effective planning and processes to maximize field sales productivity.
Streamline business processes across the business unit, optimizing for quality, efficiency and effective resource management. Includes development of business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
Lead organizational communications strategy and execution; collaborate with VP to draft compelling executive communications for internal and external audiences. Attend customer and partner field visits to develop business insights to share with corporate teams for improved sales and marketing programs.
Drive a weekly sync for the team as well as frequent syncs with the direct reports on their respective Leadership Teams
Manage the internal & external communications - including presentations, social presence, travel briefs and trip reports, newsletter and stakeholder communications
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Partner with stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, HR, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
Run workshops and training sessions
