Leads end-to-end business processes modelling for to derive meaningful and actionable insights promoting development of best practices and supporting enterprise business intelligence and performance improvement. Serves as an internal consultant and mentor to promote lean thinking and foster a continuous process improvement culture throughout the organization.
•Develop the Companies Strategies for mapping effective Business Processes and ensure alignment with the overall organizational capability objectives.
•Develops and reviews Company s Key Business processes in various functional areas and ensures effective functioning of the new processes including smooth interface management among different divisions, focused and performance driven organization to ensure commitment to the delivery of goals.
•Provides support to Business Units/ Divisions regarding the identification of Key Business Processes and to facilitate from initiation stage till finalization of process aligning it with other related documents.
•Screens proposed initial process with owner division to ensure its consistency with company objective,Business Plan, alignment with organizational structure and highlighting important decision making for key steps in process.
•Participates in Development and mapping of Key Business Processes for standardization, in conformity with overall corporate vision/missions & policies, and inclusion in a Corporate Business Processes Guide.
•Plans work programs for the key Business Processes activities including: (i) setting work programs, (ii)Determines interface management among different divisions/ Business Units,(iii) ensures alignment of Business Processes with Business Activities Delegation of Authorities Manual, (iv) Develops, updates and adopts appropriate criteria/ standard practices, (iv) Bench marking best practices and alternative strategies for efficiency and cost effectiveness (v) Recommends, new,consistent, coherent and practical Key Business Processes to accomplish company s set objective.
•Provides internal consultancy and advisory services for Senior Management. Provides professional advice on initiating/formulating strategic policies regarding key business processes and management systems, tools to capture and control important business elements.
•Initiates and supervises in-depth studies for reviewing and appraising the existing key Business Processes, in functional areas that include functional ownership, interface management, rational workflow, relationships and determining appropriate level of decision making, aligning it with existing practices, methods, systems and procedures across the Company and makes appropriate recommendations for improvements.
•Participates in Development and planning the mapping of Critical Business Processes for standardization and inclusion in a process Atlas.
•Assists process owners to define the content and the formant of their input to Key Business Processes to ensure it consistency and user-friendliness.
•Provides professional advice on initiating/formulating strategic policies regarding business interfaces/process and management systems and plans for implementing guidelines, systems & procedures changes.
