Primary Purpose of the Job:
•To Improve business processes across the organization.
•Lead the implementation of the quality management system (QMS) in the Directorate.
•Redesign and update business processes, procedures, guidelines and other operational control mechanisms as required by the Operational Excellence initiative.
•To evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes.
• Responsible to implement business process reengineering life cycle stages which includes Envision new processes, Initiate change, Process diagnosis,Process redesign, Reconstruction,Process monitoring.
•To Formulate or Modify business visions, policies, and objectives.
•Analyze the existing business process cycles & workflows and determine how they may be modified or refined.
•Redeveloping new business policies, process & strategies for maximizing the profitability & revenue generation and organizational goals.
•Responsible for setting up a team and a continuous improvement department across various business segments , formulating continuous improvement strategic plan, leading its execution, setting up targets and achieving financial cost and profit improvement, streamlining operations, identifying improvement projects, building best-in-class processes as well as a continuous improvement culture including awareness events and awards, and training and coaching of green and black belts.
•Responsible to Modify or redesign the existing processes according to the reengineering strategies and develop refined Business Process Automation Systems (BPAS)
•Responsible to Apply IT strategies to map onto an Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS) that is integrated across the enterprise and that fits into and supports the reengineered Business process cycles and workflows
•Responsible for Maintaining ISO 9001 QMS and its expansion as well as the set up of (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) across the business.
•Driving strategic planning initiatives, sales and operations planning and business process optimization, new systems, sales administration, policies & process, VOC, Compliance, liaison with HR, KPI formulation.
•Designing and launching training programs targeting employees at different levels of the organization.
•Act as good ambassador/liaison on the behalf of the Company with owners & vendors to develop quality relationships and interest.
•Evaluate risks and concerns and communicate to management
•Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes.
•Responsible to construct & implement the workflow management system of organization.
•Using information gathered during the BPR process, structure the new Organizational Hierarchy Diagram or Business Function Matrix .
•The incorporation of effective controls framework for all revised processes and reengineering initiatives. BPR and IT form an integral system in improving the performance of New Process Implementation. The implementation of BPR using innovative application of information technology (IT) aims at flexible, team-oriented, and cross-functionally co-ordinated management.

Experience and Skills:
At least 10 years relevant working experience with 5 years in business analysis, business process, change management and organizational development, will prefer if candidate have experience in various business segments like Construction & Engineering, Manufacturing, Retail, Information Technology, Shipping & Marine etc.

•Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized university in Engineering, Science, IT or Computer or equivalent preferably with Masters in Engineering, Information Technology or other relevant field.
•Will prefer if qualified in Six Sigma, Lean, QFD and Kaizen methodologies with Master Black Belt qualification.
