Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle company formation processes for UAE Freezone and Mainland entities
Prepare, submit, and track online applications for licenses, visas, amendments, renewals, and related services
Coordinate with Freezones, DED, government authorities, banks, and service providers
Manage documentation, compliance requirements, and client records
Assist clients with licensing, renewals, amendments, and operational queries
Follow up with authorities to ensure timely approvals and closures
Maintain internal trackers and ensure accuracy of data and submissions
Support management in improving operational workflows and efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in business setup / company formation / PRO services in UAE is preferred
Familiarity with Freezone and Mainland licensing processes
Comfortable working with online government portals and digital applications
Good understanding of documentation and compliance procedures
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple client files simultaneously
Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
