This is a full-time position and presents an outstanding opportunity to make an immediate impact as we grow our secondary provision and continue to deliver a curriculum that closely follows the British Curriculum.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled educator to inspire pupils in Business Studies and Economics across a diverse and motivated student body.

We are looking for someone who has a proven record of outstanding teaching and learning and will spark curiosity, challenge students to achieve their best, and foster a culture of respect and creativity in the classroom. The successful candidate will bring excellent subject knowledge (including an excellent working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum ) and the ability to support and motivate pupils of all abilities.

The successful applicant will also be expected to:

• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
• Actively uphold and promote the school's core values: respect, integrity, confidence, positivity, and empathy.
• Show a personal commitment to safeguarding and pupils' overall wellbeing, complying with all safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Set high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils.
• Run at least two out of three blocks of one-hour Extra-Curricular Activities for pupils.
