Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the team.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing and monitoring team objectives, refining templates, tools, and workflows.
- Oversee document production, formatting, and quality checks.
- Manage multiple concurrent bids and optimize proposal workflows.
- Collaborate with proposal managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive winning proposals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years of relevant experience in business support, administration, or operations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
