Description
The Director of Multiple Activities manages and coordinates projects and human resources within their scope, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments to clients, Concentrix Group processes and standards, while operating within the budget and guidelines defined by senior management.
Your main responsibilities are:
Operations Management
Ensure compliance with qualitative and quantitative contractual commitments on client accounts established in coordination with the client and account management
Monitor the margins/efficiency of its activities and make the necessary trade-offs
Ensuring that recruitment objectives are met
Lead the implementation of new activities in collaboration with account management
Ensure that objectives are met in terms of turnover and absenteeism rates, and that appropriate action plans are implemented.
Ensuring the achievement of budgetary objectives
Determine resource requirements and validate staffing needs
Organize and coordinate the production, technical and functional support resources for activities in collaboration with the HR, quality, finance, technical departments…
Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards (ISO, NF, LRS, etc.) as well as applicable safety rules at Concentrix
Team management
Engage, motivate and retain your teams
Relay the company's strategy to employees and communicate all objectives concerning the scope of production.
Evaluate your employees and support their skills development
Uniting teams around Concentrix values
Customer management (the client who places the order)
Conducting visits to prospective and existing clients, showcasing production sites.
Presenting the Concentrix offer
Participate in the Steering Committees/Strategic Committees
