Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Must provide excellent customer service to all passengers by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage.

Provide adequate seating arrangements around the VIP terminal.

Providing passengers with personalized service.

Having thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.

Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.

Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by Jetex.

Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintainance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.

Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in 5* hotel/luxury resort industry
  • Knowledge of another language is big plus.

SPECIFIC/ TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Good knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office and database management)
  • Professional look
