Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate supplier proposals. Execute the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

  2. Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions. Assist in contract management and compliance.

  3. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings, staying updated on industry trends.

  4. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records.

  5. Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, performance, and cost savings, providing insights and recommendations.

  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure seamless operations.

  7. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.

  8. Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.

Other key focuses:

  • Mitigate supplier risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure correct use of iIncoterms to manage shipping responsibilities, costs, and risks.

  • Align procurement spending with budgetary goals.

Qualifications and experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.

  3. Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and contract management.

  4. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
