We are looking for a motivated and experienced C++/Rust Developer to join our hiring partner team building algorithmic trading systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai with relocation support, including accommodation covered as part of the relocation package.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and optimization of algorithmic trading systems
Write clean, high-performance code in C++ or Rust
Work with a team of engineers and quants to deliver robust, scalable trading infrastructure
Optionally, contribute using Python for scripting or tooling tasks
Solve complex problems in low-latency environments

Requirements:

3+ year of professional experience in C++ or Rust
Solid software engineering fundamentals and interest in high-performance systems
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Preferred: Graduates from HSE (Faculty of Computer Science) or MIPT (Faculty of Innovation and High Technology)
Advantage: Participation or awards in math/programming Olympiads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to relocate and work on-site in Dubai

Nice to Have:

Python programming experience
Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems or finance domain
Previous experience in competitive programming or hackathons
