Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, including managing staff and addressing any issues that arise.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and attract new patrons.
Managerial duties plus chef or barista duties.
Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, food preparation, and health and safety standards to maintain quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred to provide a solid foundation in business principles.
Ideally, 3-5 years of hands-on experience in café or restaurant management to demonstrate proficiency in the role.
Certifications in food safety and alcohol service are essential for maintaining compliance with health regulations.
Experience in inventory management systems and POS technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Moreover, if you are capable of managing without a degree is also welcome.
