Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on proper food handling, barista techniques, and customer service protocols to maintain quality.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and conducting regular stock checks for efficient operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
- A food handler's certificate or equivalent, demonstrating adherence to food safety standards, is often required.
- Prior experience in a cafe or restaurant setting, showcasing familiarity with operational procedures.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, exhibiting leadership and management capabilities.
