Job Details :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a CAFM-related role within a Facilities Management, Maintenance, Property Management, of CAFM developer environment
Proficiency in CAFM software (e.g., FSI, Maximo, Reflexion, Concept Evolution, or similar).
Good knowledge of asset management, PPM scheduling, and work order processing
Basic understanding of FM operations, MEP services, and HSE standards
