Job Description:
Making outbound calls to all current clients one week before their relocation date.
Confirming and addressing relocation booking details with established clients.
Addressing client queries within scope of work.
Administration of updated booking details / client requests.
General office administration i.e. processing invoices for clients.
Escalating possible problem-areas timeously
At least a Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
0 to 5 years work experience.
Call-centre experience would be highly beneficial.
Excellent networking skills.
Self-starter with the ability to take appropriate initiative.
Outstanding telephone etiquette.
Mature and confident with adequate assertiveness skills.
Advanced computer literacy skills, especially wrt Excel.
