We currently have an opening for the position of Call Center Agent with one of our reputed client.

Only Female candidates with Husband/ Father sponsorship & QID may apply.
Min. 2 Years full time experience mandatory in any field.
Strong communication in both Arabic and English.
Salary: 5000 QAR PM (Total Package)
Rotational Shifts: 6:30 – 14:30 or 14:00 – 22:00 (Rotational)
5 Days Working in a week

Call Center / BPO / KPO / Outsourcing

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile

Position Summary:

• Opens customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, appointments etc.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
