• Role - Call Center Agent - Arabic Speaker
• Location-Dubai
• Salary- 4000-5000 AED
• No of working days - 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests efficiently.
• Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Achieve individual KPIs including call handling time, quality scores, and service levels.
• Work in rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays as required).

Candidate Requirements

• High School Certificate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory
