Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, create work orders, and ensure positive customer experiences. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical queries using CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English.

  • Manage and log customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Stay updated on technical specifications of services.

  • Handle technical questions and escalate when required.

  • Prioritize and address multiple customer requests efficiently.

  • Use data and feedback to improve service quality.

  • Adapt communication style based on customer type.

  • Build rapport and turn negative experiences into positive ones.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.

  • Adapt to process changes or new systems/products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience using CRM or call center technologies.

  • Background in Facility Management or experience as a Facility Coordinator is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle conflicts professionally.

  • Creative problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.

  • Team player with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
