Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining call quality.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions.

Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.

Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary for a higher level of resolution.

Meet or exceed performance targets such as quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Participate in training and regular coaching to improve call handling and customer service skills.

Conduct outbound calls to follow-up on customer inquiries or service satisfaction surveys.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Use the call center's software and databases proficiently during customer interactions.

Generate reports on call activity, customer inquiries, and resolutions for team reviews.

Stay informed about new products and services to provide the most current and accurate information.
