Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and analysis.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly demeanor, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products, upselling when beneficial for the customer.
