Roles & Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to recover overdue payments. You’ll manage client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, negotiate to settle accounts, and efficiently resolve any related issues. Success in this role will be measured by achieving targets and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Multitasker and able to handle multiple client accounts

  • Strong communication skills are a must

  • Proficient in English

  • Must be currently based in the UAE and with valid Emirates ID Has Visa (freelance/tourist)

  • Willing to start immediately.
