Answer questions regarding Identity protection coverage.
Assisting in the enrollment, renewal and service of customer accounts.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Helping sell products and services to new and existing customers.
High school degree.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Two years experience in same field.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work.
