Shifts
Flexible shifts; preferable PM (2:00 pm till 10:00 PM)
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Greets & takes customer orders with appropriate friendly telephone manner
2. Provides exceptional customer service
3. Receives and Reports any customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Good Arabic and English typing skills
Good language skills (Arabic, English)
