Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the call center to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex service challenges promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new call center staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Implement quality assurance initiatives to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
